Pepper is adjusting really well and despite the expected level of housebreaking issues for a young puppy, we have been really happy with her behavior and temperament. She has been to the vet and we have another appointment scheduled. She has been going to doggy day care a couple of times a week and is getting used to her new environment. Pepper sleeps throughout the night with no issues, is excited to eat and seems healthy to us.
The recent snow storm was very funny and she is always very happy when we come back from running errands etc.
Every time we mention that we got her from Northeast Animal Shelter, everyone mentions how they either only hear great things and we couldn’t agree more. We appreciate all the work your organization does and thank you for entrusting us with a dog as special as Pepper.
