We adopted Olive (formerly Heidi from the litter of 11 “H” puppies) back in December and she has been absolutely amazing! We fell in love with her big floppy ears and adorable hound dog eyes and knew she was the one for us. Olive has been our little shadow from the second we got her home, following us around the yard and the house, and always sitting right next to us (or on top of us) on the couch. She loves to run in her big yard, play fetch, and chew sticks.
Olive loves meeting new people and exploring new places and can’t wait to give a new friend lots of puppy kisses. She is the snuggliest puppy that I’ve ever met and is definitely going to be a big lap dog when she is all grown up. Olive is very smart and is learning all sorts of new things like how to catch a treat if we toss it in the air. We couldn’t have asked for a sweeter puppy and we are so thankful to the amazing staff at the Northeast Animal Shelter for helping us bring our little ball of love home!
