I adopted Splotch (formerly known as Frisky) after I lost my cat Bert of 17 years. When I arrived at NEAS, I noticed Splotch sitting in his cage, looking out at me. He was immediately friendly when I went to him and even rubbed his face up against mine. At that point, I fell in love with him and knew I needed to adopt him. Fortunately, I was able to do so. I’ve had Splotch now for over a year and he is such a sweet lovebug. He loves to play with his feather toys and jumps really high to catch the toys. He likes to sit in the window and chatter at the birds outside. He is super cuddly and loves to sleep on my lap.

I really can’t describe adequately how lucky I am to have adopted Splotch. We get along really well and I can’t imagine my life without him now.
