We adopted our 3-month-old hound Cooper when he was 8 weeks old. Fido was his original name. He and his siblings were found on a oil field in Texas. He came to MA with his brother Jack. We wish we had met him too, but he was adopted. Our vet has told us Cooper is part Lab, Coonhound, Doberman, Rottwiler, and German Shepherd. We are all still learning how to be a family and it is very tough. We all love each other though.
