We adopted Truman (aka Jaxx) on Valentine’s Day 2015. This was our first trip to a shelter after wanting a dog for years and little did we know we’d be bringing home a puppy during a blizzard. It took this southern-born pup a little time to get used to the cold and snow but he’s settled in nicely to his new home and we’re so happy he’s a part of our family. He is such a sweet dog who loves to please and above all else snuggle with his human parents. He has many new canine friends and he hasn’t met a person or animal he doesn’t like. We love this little snuggle bug and look forward to the many adventures we’ll have together!
