I saw the previous owner come in to surrender this little Chihuahua and it really was love at first sight. After caring for a 65 lb bulldog, this little girl is a snap. She is three years old and fully trained. She goes almost everywhere with me. Her wardrobe includes every jacket and shirt the shelter has to offer, not to mention the dresses she came with. Popcorn is very quiet and well behaved. I cannot thank NEAS enough for this heavenly little love. Please choose to adopt.
