We adopted Rex (previously known as Sy) from NEAS a little over two weeks ago. We loved him immediately because of his calm, but playful demeanor and named him for his likeness to a T-Rex (check out the size of his head!).
Rex got comfortable in his new home very quickly, finding toys to play with and his favorite places to curl up and nap. He is a happy, healthy boy who enjoys taking walks, swimming in the lake, and chasing after his furry neighbor friends. We love teaching Rex how to do tricks. He can sit, come, and lay down, but we are still working on “stay!” He loves taking rides in the car, and we can’t wait to take him running, hiking, and camping when he gets a little bit older. Adopting Rex has changed our lives forever and we are so grateful to the NEAS for making our family so happy!
